Refund & Returns Policy – English

At 28ml Coffee Roaster, we care about the quality of our products and services. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Conditions for Returns

You may request a return in the following cases:
✅ Received the wrong item
✅ The product is damaged or defective due to our fault
✅ The product quality does not match the description

❌ We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened or consumed (except for quality issues)
  • The mistake was due to the customer (e.g., wrong address, improper storage)
  • Discounted or clearance sale items

2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • If the request is made after the deadline, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

3. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  • Provide details of the issue and attach evidence (e.g., product photos, receipt).
  • Contact us via [Email / Phone / LINE / Facebook].

2️⃣ Review & Approval

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days.

3️⃣ Return the Product (if required)

  • If we ask for the product to be returned, you must send it back within 7 business days.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless it’s our fault).

4. Refund Conditions

If your refund request is approved, you will receive your refund through the original payment method:

🔹 Credit/Debit Card Payment → Refund processed within 7-14 business days.
🔹 Bank Transfer/e-Wallet Payment → Refund processed within 3-5 business days.
🔹 Cash Payment at Store → Refund available for pickup within 3 business days.

⚠ Note:

  • Refunds apply only to the product price after discounts, excluding shipping fees.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the return meets our policy conditions.

5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange in the following cases:
✅ Wrong item received
✅ Product damaged during shipping
